Description
Produced by the Eigashima Shuzo distillery in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, this blended whisky is crafted from a combination of lightly peated malted barley and unmalted barley. It is aged in a variety of casks, including ex-bourbon barrels, resulting in a whisky with fruity notes of apricot and dried fruits, complemented by a subtle honey sweetness.
