Description
This unique Israeli single malt is aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished for six months in fortified pomegranate wine casks from Rimon Winery, imparting distinctive flavors. Bottled at cask strength of 60.3% ABV, it offers aromas of ripe pomegranate, roasted coffee, and butterscotch, leading to a palate of dried figs, spicy herbs, and a long, dry finish with notes of sourdough pretzel and red fruit.
