Description
This single malt Scotch whisky is matured using a double cask process, incorporating both traditional oak and seasoned sherry butts. The result is a golden amber spirit with hints of ruby. On the nose, it offers soft and rounded fruity notes of red apple. The palate reveals a fine sherried character, balanced with rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon, and ginger spiciness. The finish is warming and lingering, sweet, and very slightly spicy.
